What "custom" really means at Pauleen
1. Any height – not just "standard" increments
Your project terrain is rarely flat. Your security or privacy requirement might call for 1.65 m, not 1.8 m. With Pauleen, you specify the exact height in millimeters.
Technical flexibility we offer:
Post heights from 0.8 m up to 3.0 m, in 10 mm increments.
Post embedment depth adjusted based on local wind load and soil type.
Raking capability for sloped ground (step‑down or racked panel designs).
Variable picket spacing: from 50 mm (child‑safe) to 120 mm (view‑through).
We provide an engineered cutting list for every order – no guessing.
2. Any RAL color – plus special finishes
We do not keep pre‑colored stock. Every batch of powder coating is mixed for your specific RAL code.
Standard custom colors (no extra lead time):
All RAL Classic colors (e.g., RAL 7016 anthracite, RAL 9005 jet black, RAL 6005 moss green, RAL 1013 pearl white).
Premium finishes available:
RAL Effect colors (metallic and pearlescent).
Textured powder (anti‑graffiti, anti‑slip for walkable gates).
Wood‑grain thermal transfer (oak, teak, walnut patterns).
Two‑coat system: epoxy primer (60–80 µm) + polyester topcoat (80–100 µm), AAMA 2604 compliant.

3. More than height & color – complete dimensional freedom
Because we manufacture from raw steel coils, we also customize:
Profile shapes: square (e.g., 40×40 mm, 50×50 mm), rectangular, round, or omega‑shaped posts.
Wall thickness: from 0.8 mm (light residential) to 2.5 mm (high‑security / industrial).
Rail configurations: single‑rail, double‑rail, triple‑rail, or full mesh infill.
Post caps: flat, pyramid, rounded, or LED‑integrated caps (solar or wired).
Gate matching: same height, same color, same picket spacing – with heavy‑duty hinges and lock reinforcement.
