Tools to prepare for installation
Measuring Tape & Marker
Accurately measure the area to cut the mesh to the correct size. Use a permanent marker to clearly mark the cutting points on the wires.
Heavy-Duty Gloves & Safety Glasses
Protect your hands from sharp, cut wire ends and your eyes from metal fragments or flying debris during cutting or handling.
Bolt Cutters or Angle Grinder
These are the primary tools for cutting the mesh. Bolt cutters are ideal for thinner gauges and provide a clean cut. An angle grinder with a cutting wheel is faster for thick, heavy-duty mesh.
Pliers (Lineman's Pliers)
Used for bending cut ends, twisting tie wires, and making small adjustments. Lineman's pliers are especially useful for gripping and cutting wire ties.
Wire Ties / Rebar Ties and Tool
To securely attach the mesh to a supporting frame (like rebar or a metal structure). A rebar tying tool (tying gun) significantly speeds up the process for large projects.
Hammer or Mallet
Useful for gently tapping the mesh into place or flattening any uneven sections against a surface without damaging the coating.
payment and Shipping
Payment Terms:
Our standard and preferred payment method is via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). Our standard terms require a 30% deposit to be paid before production commences, with the remaining 70% balance due before delivery or against the copy of the Bill of Lading for sea shipments. Alternatively, we also accept payment by 100% irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight for sea shipments. Payments via Western Union are also an available option for smaller transactions.
Shipping Methods:
The shipping method is determined by the order quantity. For smaller orders, we typically utilize international express courier services such as TNT, DHL, UPS, or EMS. For larger volume orders, we recommend either Air Freight or Sea Shipping, which can be arranged through your nominated freight forwarder; we also have our own long-term cooperative shipping agent available for your convenience. Please note that for bulk shipments, the freight charges are to be collected, meaning the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
